- Collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and product teams to ensure defects are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Maintain clear, comprehensive test artefacts and communicate findings regularly to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in regression testing within regulated environments, preferably ISO‑based.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication skills; able to convey technical information clearly and listen to diverse perspectives.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams, embracing diversity and inclusion.
